Complete guide for Token Tuhar Hath login and new farmer registration

Important Information

To login, you need your Farmer Code and registered PIN. For new registration, you must have your Farmer Code and registered mobile number.

What You Need Before Starting

Farmer Code (Most Essential)

Your Farmer Code is your identification number registered at the committee. Without this code, you cannot create an account in the app.

How to get your Farmer Code:

The most reliable method is to visit your committee (paddy procurement center). The officials there will provide you with your correct Farmer Code. Some people mention that this code can also be found in the farmer registration information on the Food Department's website (khadya.cg.nic.in), but visiting the committee is the most trustworthy method.

Registered Mobile Number

You must have a mobile number that is registered with your committee. This mobile number will be used for OTP verification during registration.

Note: If your mobile number is not registered or has changed, you must visit your committee to update it first.

Verified Bank Account

Your bank account must be verified with the committee. If your bank account is not verified, token generation will not be possible.

Important: Any errors in your bank account information can only be corrected by visiting your committee.

New Registration Process

How to create your account for the first time

Download and Open the App

First, download the "Token Tuhar Hath" app from Google Play Store. Make sure you download from National Informatics Centre (NIC) to ensure it's the genuine government app.

Once downloaded, open the app on your Android phone.

Enter Farmer Code

On the first screen, you will see a field to enter your Farmer Code. Fill in your code correctly and press the "View Information" button.

Upon pressing the button, your name, district name, committee name, and your land area (rakba) will be displayed on the screen. Carefully check that this information is correct and belongs to you.

Mobile Number Verification

Enter the mobile number that you have registered with the committee. An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to that mobile number.

Enter the OTP received on your mobile phone into the app to verify your identity.

Note

If you don't receive the OTP, check your mobile network connection or try again after some time. Make sure you entered the correct registered mobile number.

Create Your PIN

For your security, create a 4 or 6-digit PIN or password. This PIN will be used every time you login to the app, so make sure to remember it.

PIN Tips:

  • Choose a PIN that is easy for you to remember but difficult for others to guess
  • Don't use obvious numbers like 1234 or your birth year
  • Keep your PIN confidential and don't share it with anyone

After completing these steps, your account will be created successfully, and you can start using the app.

How to login after registration is complete

Open the App

Launch the Token Tuhar Hath app on your mobile phone.

Enter Login Credentials

Enter your Farmer Code in the first field and your PIN/Password in the second field that you created during registration.

Access Your Dashboard

After successful login, you will see your dashboard where you can:

  • View your farmer information and land details
  • Check your bank account information
  • Generate new tokens for selling paddy
  • View token history and download receipts
  • Check paddy procurement records and payment status

How to recover or reset your PIN

Reset PIN Process

If you forget your PIN or password, don't worry. The app's login page has an option like "Change Password" or "Reset PIN".

Steps to reset:

  • Click on "Forgot PIN" or "Reset Password" on the login page
  • Enter your Farmer Code
  • Enter your registered mobile number
  • You will receive an OTP on your mobile number
  • Enter the OTP to verify your identity
  • Create a new PIN and confirm it

If the reset option doesn't work or you're facing issues, contact your committee for assistance.

Common Login Problems

Solutions to frequently encountered issues

App Shows "Error 500" or Server Error

This means there is a problem with the government server, not your fault. Wait for some time and try again. These server issues are usually resolved quickly.

Invalid Farmer Code Message

If you're getting an "Invalid Farmer Code" message, double-check that you entered the code correctly. If the problem persists, contact your committee to verify your Farmer Code.

Not Receiving OTP

If you're not receiving OTP:

  • Check your mobile network connection
  • Verify you entered the correct mobile number
  • Wait a few minutes and try again
  • Check if your SMS inbox is full
  • Make sure the mobile number is registered with the committee

Incorrect Information Displayed

If your name, land area (rakba), or bank account details are incorrect, it cannot be fixed in the app. You will have to get it corrected by visiting your committee physically.

The app only displays the information that is in the committee's database.

Want to Change Mobile Number

To change your registered mobile number, you cannot do it from the app. You must visit your committee and submit an application to change the number in their records.

Important Note

For any information-related issues or corrections, only the committee will be able to help you. The app is connected to the committee's database and cannot make changes to your registered information.

Can I login without a Farmer Code?

No, Farmer Code is mandatory for login and registration. You cannot use the app without your Farmer Code. Get it from your committee.

Can I use someone else's mobile number for registration?

No, you can only use the mobile number that is officially registered with your committee under your farmer profile. Using someone else's number will not work.

How long does registration take?

If you have all the required information (Farmer Code and registered mobile number), registration takes only 2-3 minutes.

Can I login from multiple devices?

Yes, you can login from any Android device using your Farmer Code and PIN. However, you can only be actively logged in on one device at a time.

What if I enter wrong PIN multiple times?

After several incorrect PIN attempts, your account may be temporarily locked for security reasons. Wait for some time or use the "Forgot PIN" option to reset it.

Is my data safe in the app?

Yes, the app is developed by National Informatics Centre (NIC) and uses secure encryption for data protection. Your information is safe and protected.

Can I change my PIN after registration?

Yes, you can change your PIN anytime from the app settings or profile section after logging in successfully.

What are the app's operational hours?

The app is available for login 24/7. However, token generation facility is only available from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Sunday to Friday).
