  • From the Google Play Store (Easiest and Safest): Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone.
  • In the search bar at the top, type "Token Tuhar Hath" and search.
  • Ensure that "National Informatics Centre" is written below the app's name – this is the genuine government app.
  • Press the "Install" button. The app will be downloaded to your phone.
  • From the Official Website: You can also download the app file by visiting the official website of the Food Department (khadya.cg.nic.in).

Do not download it from any unknown link or app store, as fake apps could defraud you. Always make sure the app is from the National Informatics Centre (NIC).

The Most Essential Thing to Start the App - Farmer Code

To use the app, you must first know your Farmer Code. This is your farmer identification number, which is registered under your name at the committee. Without it, you cannot create an account in the app.

How to find your Farmer Code?

The most reliable and correct way is to visit your committee (paddy procurement center). The officials there will provide you with your correct Farmer Code. Some people mention that this code can also be found in the farmer registration information on the Food Department's website (khadya.cg.nic.in), but visiting the committee is the most trustworthy method.

How to Create Your Account in the App (Registration)?

Once you have your Farmer Code, follow the steps below:

  • Open the App: Open the "Token Tuhar Hath" app on your phone.
  • Enter Farmer Code: The first screen will show a field to enter your Farmer Code. Fill in your code correctly and press the "View Information" button.
  • Verify Your Information: Upon pressing the button, your name, district name, committee name, and your land area (rakba) will be displayed on the screen. Carefully check that this information is yours.
  • Enter Mobile Number: Now, enter the mobile number that you have registered with the committee.
  • Enter OTP: An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to that mobile number. Enter that OTP into the app.
  • Create a PIN: For your security, create a 4 or 6-digit PIN or password. Remember it, as you will need this PIN the next time you open the app.

After these steps, your account will be created in the app, and you can start using it.

How to Generate a Token to Sell Paddy?

The main function of the app is to generate a token for selling paddy. The process is very simple:

  • Log in to the App: Open the app by entering your Farmer Code and PIN.
  • Apply for Token: On the main page of the app, you will see an option like "Apply for Token". Select it.
  • Select a Date: You will see dates for the next 7 days. Choose the date on which you want to sell your paddy. Note that you cannot select a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday.
  • Enter Paddy Quantity: Now, enter the quantity of paddy you want to sell (in quintals).
  • Confirm & Submit: Re-check the information you have filled in (date and quantity) one more time and press the "Save" or "Submit" button.

Your token will be generated, and its details will be visible in the app.

Important Rules for Generating a Token

It is important to keep some rules in mind while generating a token

Total Tokens A farmer will be issued a total of only 3 tokens (even if a token was cancelled).
Token Period You can generate a token for any day within the next 7 days.
Holidays Tokens cannot be generated for Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
App Timings The token generation facility is available only from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Sunday to Friday).
Bank Account If your bank account is not verified with the committee, a token will not be issued.
One Token Per Day Two different tokens cannot be generated for the same day.

This means there is a problem with the server, not your fault. Wait for some time and try again.

If You Forget Your PIN or Password

The app's login page has an option like "Change Password" or "Reset PIN". You can create a new PIN via OTP.

If There is an Error in Your Information

If your name, land area (rakba), or bank account details are incorrect, it cannot be fixed in the app. You will have to get it corrected by visiting your committee.

If You Want to Change Your Mobile Number

To change your registered mobile number, you must also contact your committee.
